These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UK Path ("the Service"). By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms and that you accept them in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Service.

Description of service

UK Path provides tools for UK small businesses to manage bookings, customers, staff, holiday requests, payroll records, quotes, invoices, payment links, reminders and follow-up automation. This tool helps manage payroll records and is not a replacement for professional payroll, tax, accounting, or HMRC compliance advice. You remain responsible for ensuring your business meets its legal and regulatory obligations.

Subscription & billing

The Service is offered on Starter, Growth and Pro subscription packages, each with different customer and employee limits and features, as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and no partial refunds are provided for unused time, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to other businesses' data, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the Service in a way that could disrupt, damage, or overburden our systems.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, UK Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any reliance on payroll records generated within the platform.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
